For us, good food starts with good ingredients, care, and time. We make as much as we can in our own kitchen, using seasonal ingredients from local producers we trust, as well as fresh herbs and produce from our own garden.

 

Our menu moves with the seasons. As nature changes, so do our dishes. Some stay with us, while others are here only for a little while.
